Main Administrative Building Port of Baku

Building for multifunctional use as a representative space of the Port, where the address offices of the new Port of Baku and the Free Trade Area are located, having a Business Center, exhibition area, auditorium with capacity for 250 people, cafeteria and garage in basement for 120 vehicles.

The building is divided into two wings, one that houses the representative uses (exhibitions and auditorium) and another containing administrative uses topped by a large inclined tower. These two wings are unify under a rolling green roof that starts at the level of the public space to access along the building.

The central space between the two wings that make up the building is covered by a glass roof, generating a large access atrium that allows circulation between the different spaces and visually connects the upper levels of the building.
